This website is owned and operated by Savvy Quote Hub ("Savvy Quote Hub," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request. Window replacement quotes require the property owner's authorization, so you must own the property or be authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
The matching service
- When you submit a request, we share your information with a participating service provider who serves your area so they can contact you and prepare an estimate.
- We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that you will be contacted within any particular time, or that any quote will be provided.
- Estimates are provided free of charge by the matched provider, and you are under no obligation to hire them.
- Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the provider. Savvy Quote Hub is not a party to it.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that Savvy Quote Hub and one matched participating service provider may contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email, including through an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information about yourself and your project.
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit another person's information without their permission, or to interfere with the site's operation.
- Do not use automated means to access, scrape, or copy the site.
Independent contractors and no endorsement
Participating providers are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. While we work with providers who represent that they are licensed and insured, we do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the qualifications, licensing status, insurance, pricing, workmanship, or conduct of any provider. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to a provider's suitability, including verifying licensing and insurance, before entering into any agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Savvy Quote Hub or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the matching service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Quote Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the site or out of any dealings, agreement, work, or dispute between you and a matched provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the matching service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savvy Quote Hub and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with a matched provider.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
